Kanezaki Fishing Port in Munakata City, Fukuoka Prefecture, boasts the largest catch of natural sea eel in Fukuoka Prefecture.
Fukuya conger eel grown in the rough seas of the Genkai Sea is said to be of the highest quality in terms of its "aroma," "flavor," "firmness," and "crunchiness.
That is why we have made this conger eel hot pot by taking full advantage of our company's history and our strength as a fish specialty restaurant.
We also use natural conger eel from Kanezaki with the help of fishermen from our hometown of Kanezaki, which is our starting point.
